• Create innovative and unique designs for companies based on the needs and image of the client.
• Ensure that all digital assets are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner by supervising projects.
• Create a filing system for creative materials like color schemes, typefaces, and logos and keep it up to date.
• Oversee and mentor the design team.
• Create designs that are one-of-a-kind, strategic, and purposeful.
• Maintain a working knowledge of new design trends, software, and technology.
• Keep track of completed project files, production data, resources, and vendor information in an organized manner.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and proposals as needed.
• Make a style guide
• Take charge of design projects and stick to deadlines

• Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a similar subject bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of graphic design agency and/or professional experience
• a work portfolio
• Demonstrated ability to lead a group
• Skills in project management
• Adobe Creative Suite Expertise
